Purpose of therapy

Let me start by saying that: Many of the reasons one would look for therapy are also issues that might be even more effectively treated or dealt with by coaching.

Since many of the issues that would bring someone to therapy overlap with those that would make someone look for coaching, I reserve my professional judgment to decide on what approach would be more beneficial for each individual and issue. Most of what I do is my own blend of all I have experience in.

Therapeutic treatment suits people who feel that they are not being functional in their lives. People that are going through a crisis, have a problem or condition that overwhelms them, for people who feel that their problem doesn't let them function or reach a quality of life they'd like to achieve; for people who are depressed and/or anxious. Especially for people who feel they make the same mistake over and over but feel unable to change their behavior.

The reasons why someone may look for treatment:

    • Low self esteem
    • Low energy and/or deep sadness
    • Social problems
    • Crisis in your intimate relationship
    • Issues with sexual preference

I have specialized on a few central aspects of the human experience:

    • Trauma and Anxiety
    • Decision making
    • Self esteem
    • Artistic blocks/peek performance
    • Women going though Menopause
    • Dealing with illness and health issues
    • Death and dying
    • Loss and grief
