Purpose of therapy
Since many of the issues that would bring someone to therapy overlap with those that would make someone look for coaching, I reserve my professional judgment to decide on what approach would be more beneficial for each individual and issue. Most of what I do is my own blend of all I have experience in. Therapeutic treatment suits people who feel that they are not being functional in their lives. People that are going through a crisis, have a problem or condition that overwhelms them, for people who feel that their problem doesn't let them function or reach a quality of life they'd like to achieve; for people who are depressed and/or anxious. Especially for people who feel they make the same mistake over and over but feel unable to change their behavior.
