How is my coaching also "holistic"?

    MEANING IN LIFE COACHING is meant to help you become aware and to integrate all the parts of yourself: the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of yourself, in one whole being. When this happens effectively, the inner discourse becomes positive and realistic, the "negative voices" calm down and you learn to act in spite of them trying to hold you back. The inner struggle calms down until it stops and you find meaning and purpose in all that happens. You become aware of how all is working for a bigger picture's design. This idea is based on the following principles:

      1) Connection: There is a connection between what happens on the inner world and what occurs in your outer life.

      2) Meaning: Life makes sense when we are willing to detach from the day-to-day drama of our life; this is the condition to be able to understand the meaning of our experience and its innate guidance.

      3) Inner Guidance: We can all access a deeper sense of knowing to guide our life.

      4) "What for?": Every adversity in our life contributes, not only to our learning about ourselves, but to the strengthening of our life purpose.

      5) Patterns: We can stay curious to discover and understand the real reason and the purpose behind our habitual patterns that repeat themselves in our life.

    Some of what I use also in my coaching include EMDR tools to accelerate the association/intuition process, energy techniques such as EFT and Psych-K for changing stuck limiting believes.
